Areas of specialisation
All matters of Swiss civil and commercial law and procedure, international litigation, particularly arbitration (governed by Swiss and foreign domestic laws); international contracts, including agency, distribution, joint venture, licensing, lease and sales agreements; construction disputes, company law, intellectual property and international trade, mergers and acquisitions.

Arbitral experience
Providing advice regarding international arbitration to numerous Swiss and foreign clients. Acted, since 1994, in more than 30 arbitrations (ICC and other) as sole arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator, counsel or Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals. The proceedings were governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws. Co-Editor of the Bulletin of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA Bulletin). Since 2001 Member of the Editorial Board of the International Arbitration Law Review (London).
