CPR Y-ADR/DIS40 Event: Cyber Security and Data Protection in the Resolution of Transatlantic Disputes, 6 March 2019, 6pm, Frankfurt/Main

You are kindly invited to

“Cyber Security and Data Protection in the Resolution of Transatlantic Disputes”,

a joint CPR Y-ADR and DIS40 event in Frankfurt/Main on 6 March 2019.

An increasingly complex web of cyber security, data protection, and export control laws and regulations are posing new challenges and affecting the way in which we resolve transatlantic disputes. In particular, practitioners and companies on both sides of the Atlantic are growingly concerned about the impact of these laws in the conduct of arbitration proceedings. At this event, organized jointly by CPR Y-ADR and DIS40, and supported by the CPR European Advisory Board, a panel of distinguished practitioners and in-house counsel will discuss the practical implications and share tips on how to best handle disputes in light of the multiplicity of laws and regulations applicable in the fields of cyber security, data protection and export control. This event will be held live in Shearman & Sterling’s Frankfurt office and will also be available via live webinar.

The event is free of charge. The flyer can be downloaded here. Please register at:
