Arbitration experience

Stefanie Pfisterer's practice focuses on international and domestic arbitration as well as litigation. She has been involved in more than 50 arbitration proceedings. Stefanie Pfisterer has acted as counsel in proceedings governed by the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules, the LCIA Rules, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and in ad hoc and ICSID arbitration proceedings, and she has been appointed as arbitrator in proceedings under the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules, and the LCIA Rules. Stefanie Pfisterer is experienced in disputes arising, inter alia, out of agency and distribution, joint ventures, M&A transactions, international sales contracts, and shareholder agreements. Stefanie Pfisterer also represents clients in complex state court litigations in a broad range of matters.
