Current activity

Stefan Lohn is a Counsel with the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf. His practice focuses on international and domestic commercial arbitration and litigation, particularly complex disputes including, but not limited to post-M&A, joint venture, business interruption, warranty and product liability cases. Sector experience includes automotive, industrial clients, retail, electronics, plant and civil construction as well as real estate (including commercial leases). Arbitral experience includes proceedings before various institutions (including ICC, SIAC, SCC, the German Arbitration Institution (DIS) and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings under UNCITRAL rules), as well as sports arbitration under the International Sporting Code of the FIA.
