I advise international cliens on a wide range of competencies for companies in various fields of activity and industries. I serve as arbitrator, mediator, negotiator in various matters of international disputes.

• I have unique practical experience in Russian and international insurance and reinsurance companies since 1991 (Cologne Re, Germany, Renaissance Insurance Group, Russia, Ingosstrakh IJSC, Russia), and since 2000 I lead my private practice as legal advisor and attorney at law, as well as arbitrator, mediator and negotiator

Since 2005 I act as counsel or arbitrator in arbitral proceedings under a variety of arbitration rules (including DIS, ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, CAC and MAC at CCIRF, RAC, UNCITRAL and other Rules) and pure ad-hoc proceedings in disputes involving private parties, and related to project finance, insurance and reinsurance, corporate rights transactions, sales and distribution, telecommunications, maritime, oil&gas, construction and commercial contracts including contracts for the sale of goods and service. Since 2011 I serve also as mediator in multi-cultural and multi-jurisdiction case.

I hold a law and PhD jur. degrees from International Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations cum laude, I am a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London); certified for international arbitration from the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy; qualified for international mediation advocacy at Regent University (London); certified for Intercultural Mediation and Emotional Intelligence from BRDGES Academy (USA); certified by the International Islamic Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (IICRA) as arbitrator and expert in Islamic law and arbitration (2021); member of the mediation advocacy list at the International Mediation Institute (London); certified under the UNCTAD Digital Identity for Trade and Development Program (2021) and under the CIETAC Program for the Application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Trade of Goods (CISG) (2022). I am Russian qualified attorney at law.
