Arbitration experience
Claus Koehler is President of the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce in Bucharest and Vice President of the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the German-Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. Claus Köhler served as chairman, arbitrator and party representative among others in ad hoc, DIS and ICC arbitration proceedings, with a focus on M&A, joint ventures and company law.
