lexander Kroeck is a Rechtsanwalt (attorney at law) and partner at the Munich based firm of Kantenwein Zimmermann Fox Kroeck & Partner. He is working exclusively in the area of commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. After seven years in the Litigation & Arbitration department of an international top tier law firm, Mr Kroeck joined Kantenwein Zimmermann Fox Kroeck & Partner in 2003. Since then, his clients have been comprised of internationally active banks based in the US, UK and Germany as well as major German and international energy companies, world leading high tech manufacturers in Japan and Germany whom he mainly represents in domestic and international commercial law disputes in litigation and arbitration. Mr Kroeck is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator and chairman in domestic and international arbitration proceedings and has acted on behalf of clients in ad-hoc arbitrations and proceedings under the rules of DIS, ICC, Swiss Chambers of Commerce, IFTA (International Film and Television Alliance, Los Angeles).
