As arbitrator: sole arbitrator: 1 arbitral procedure (ICC); chairing arbitrator: 1 arbitral procedure (DIS); co-arbitrator: 1 procedure (ad hoc). As counsel: approx. 20 proceedings (ICC, DIS, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Swiss Rules, ZHK-Rules, UNCITRAL, ad-hoc, ICSID Arbitration Rules). Subject of the arbitration proceedings: mainly Anlagenlieferung, post M&A dispute, corporate law, UN-Kaufrecht und Vetriebsrecht, foreign investment law.
