Arbitration experience

A large number of arbitration proceedings - predominantly as chairman of the arbitral tribunal - in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), DIS (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit), IATA (International Air Transport Association), LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration), NAI (Netherlands Arbitration Institute), SCAI (Swiss Chambers Arbitration Institution) and SCC (Stockholm Chamber of Commerce). Various ad-hoc arbitral proceedings. Chairman of the Executive Committee of the elarb (European-Latinamerican Arbitration Association), Hamburg. President of the Arbitration Centre established by the German-Argentinean Chamber of Commerce, Buenos Aires.
