Arbitration experience

Since 1980 increasingly focussing on international commercial arbitration, mainly as chairman of the panel, under a variety of institutional rules and in ad-hoc proceedings (over 140 cases). Arbitration experience includes disputes relating to long-term supply, joint venture, distribution, agency, patent licensing and financing agreements as well as to M&A transactions with regard to a broad variety of industries (industrial equipment, engineering and construction, investment projects, military equipment, pharmaceutical and chemical products, media and telecommunication, banking and insurance).
