Current activity

Partner / Head of Dispute Resolution. Dr Justus Jansen's team is involved in a large number of arbitrations under the rules of numerous arbitral institutions, such as the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPANI), under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Chinese European Arbitration Centre (CEAC) as well as ad hoc arbitrations. Justus Jansen is a specialist in complex national and international arbitration proceedings and is often appointed as party counsel but regularly also as arbitrator or arbitration expert, as well as acting in expert proceedings.
