As part of the 2018 DIS Arbitration Rules Clinic initiated in 2021, the practice group “Technology” takes a closer look on how the 2018 DIS Rules hold up with technical developments like the ever accelerating digitalization. As the final part of a series of roundtable discussions, international practitioners will assess how future developments of technology might affect international arbitration. The panelists will venture a look into the crystal ball from the perspectives of counsels, arbitrators, forensic/quantum experts, and users. As with all roundtables initiated by the practice group “Technology”, we are eager to interact with the audience and collect as many views as possible.
