DIS40 Berlin: In touch with technology - Coding for Lawyers

DIS40-Event

Organizer: DIS40 Berlin

We cordially invite you to join us for the event In touch with technology: Coding for Lawyers.

“Legal Tech” has been a trending topic for quite some time. And while there seems to be no lack of prognoses how machines may render human work redundant, a profound understanding of coding and the underlying technology still remains untouched territory for many.

We are therefore very happy that Ajit Jaokar, course director for artificial intelligence at the University of Oxford, will first share his insights with us how AI may be of practical business use in the future. Hereafter, Nuri Khadem-Al-Charieh, Legal Engineer at Noerr and assistant lecturer at the Humboldt-University will guide us through the first steps of programming (which may individually be continued at home) and teach us a basic under-standing of coding.

lindenpartners has kindly offered their venue and will provide drinks and snacks during the informal get-together afterwards.

Finally, as this will be our last event as DIS40 regional coordinators for Berlin, we are looking forward to use the occasion to hand over to Deborah Keller and Vasileios Regkakos, who will henceforth be representing the DIS40 in Berlin.
