The DIS places particular emphasis on early dispute resolution. Companies are success-oriented and disputes are often very burdensome challenges: they take a lot of time, energy and resources and pose a risk to the success of the company.
We recognise the challenges that companies face when they are confronted with disputes and have aligned the administration of arbitration proceedings under the DIS Arbitration Rules 2018 towards early conflict resolution. The earlier a dispute is settled, the faster the company can turn its full attention to its business goals.
