The new Supplementary Rules for Third-Party Notices (DIS-TPNR), the associated practice notes and the corresponding model clauses have been developed from the work of the Practice Group.
This practice group focused on drafting a discussion paper on third-party notices. The aim of the practice group was to draft provisions tailored to the DIS Arbitration Rules that could be applied in DIS arbitration proceedings if agreed by the parties.
The practice group was led by Christian Borris, David Quinke, and Anna Kaehlbrandt. This practice group only worked in German.
