Under the umbrella of the DIS ACADEMY, a range of training programmes, courses and other continuing professional development opportunities are being developed gradually, combining in-depth specialist knowledge with a consistent focus on practical application.
With the first ‘Arbitrator Academy’ (Schiedsrichterakademie) course, the DIS is investing in alternative dispute resolution and in the training of future arbitrators. The aim is to promote the quality of arbitration proceedings and to strengthen Germany’s position as an arbitration centre by offering a high-quality, practice-oriented programme at an attractive price.
