What can the arbitration community do to minimise the impact of arbitration proceedings on the environment? This question has been asked more and more in recent years, in particular since the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations – a global movement advocating for environmentally sustainable practices in international arbitral proceedings – was founded in 2019 with over 1500 members today. Surprisingly, the German arbitral community has not been very active in these international efforts despite the general German interest in sustainability topics.
To explore this contradiction, we cordially invite you to an evening event on 10 August 2023.
