My career

  • After studies at the University Tübingen (Germany) and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and Private Law (Hanburg, I graduated in 1995 from the University of Innsbruck with a JSD (Dr. iur). I earned a Masters degree from the University of New York School of Law (class of '94). I got my lawyering Training at Schönherr Rechtsanwaälte, a premier Austrian law firm. I was admitted to the bar in Austria in 1998. In 2014 I was appointed Professor. In 2016, I earned a degree in International Arbitration (CIArb).

Arbitration experience

Chairman and wing arbitrator in numerous arbitral proceedings. Party representation in many cases with a Focus on contract law. See also www.arbitrator.at
