Mediations • Mediation between a State and a private person concerning a personal injury sustained in a fall on a school ground. Claim: 300.000 AUD. • Mediation between a private person and a government-owned corporation concerning a personal injury sustained in an accident in a museum. Claim: 250.000 AUD. • Mediation between a government-owned corporation and a private person concerning several alleged failed commercial transactions. Claim: 550.000 AUD. • Mediation between a State and a private person concerning injuries sustained while in detention. Claim: 200.000 AUD.
