Do you want to learn more about sports law but don't know exactly how? Goethe University Frankfurt am Main offers you the opportunity to do so: in a first-class continuing education program, participants will learn about sports law and dispute resolution in sports.
Each Wednesday from 25 October until 20 December 2023, from 6 pm to 9 pm, renown experts in sports law and dispute resolution in sports with extensive practical experience in sports disputes at national and international level will provide for a basic overview of sports law, principles and structures of organized sports in Germany and world-wide, explain the functioning of sports governing bodies and elaborate upon tasks and methods of dispute resolution in sports. Module 6 led by Dr. Antonida Netzer is devoted to “Sports disputes before national arbitration courts” with special focus on the German Court of Arbitration for Sports.
