From 13 through 16 September 2022 arbitration practitioners from all over the globe convened in Berlin for the first edition of the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days and its cornerstone events: the DIS Autumn Conference devoted to the topic “Disputes in an Age of Uncertainty – Managing the Energy Transition” and the DIS40 Autumn Conference dedicated to the question „ESG – Dawn of A New Era of Disputes in International Arbitration?“.

 

A total of 15 events by various organisers took place in different formats during this period.

Both the DIS40 and the DIS Autumn Conference offered a great insight into highly relevant topics that are sure to be on our minds for the time to come.
