Join us for our next event in Geneva at which we will discuss recent developments in sports arbitration with Thomas Klich (DIS), Panogiotis Kyriakou (Archipel), Eolos Rigopoulos (Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler) and Léa Steudler (Bonnard Lawson). The topics will include the new 2025 DIS Sport Arbitration Rules, updates on the Swiss Sports Tribunal and the CAS as well as the implications of the ECHR’s Semenya and the CJEU’s Seraing rulings for the institutional and legal landscape of sports dispute resolution.
The event is open to everyone with an interest in sports law and/or arbitration. We look forward to an insightful discussion!
After the event and apéro hosted by LALIVE, there will be an optional dinner at a nearby restaurant (at your own expense).
