Polish-German Business Outlook: Opportunities, Partnerships, and Dispute Resolution

DIS-Event

Organizer: DIS/Lewiatan/PAA/PCC Arbitration Group and SA KIG

Germany is Poland’s leading trading partner, both in exports and imports. In 2024, Poland became Germany’s fourth-largest export market, surpassing
China. These figures reflect the strength of the economic ties between the two countries.

The aim of the conference is to take a closer look at business operations and foster dialogue between Polish companies active in Germany and German businesses present in Poland. We will discuss both the opportunities and challenges of cross-border cooperation, with particular emphasis on
dispute resolution.

The event will be held as a moderated debate with an accompanying lunch kindly sponsored by Queritius and Gleiss Lutz.
