Selected experience includes: • Representation of a French fashion company against a German investment fund in an ICC arbitration seated in Munich following the termination of a trademark licence agreement governed by German law • Representation of a German automotive supplier against a Polish commercial agent in an ICC arbitration seated in Cologne concerning compensation claims following the termination of an agency agreement • Representation of a French shipping agent against a German company in an ad hoc arbitration seated in Hamburg following the termination of a liner shipping agreement • Representation of an African petrol station network operator against a refinery product supplier in an ICC arbitration seated in Paris relating to a distribution agreement • Representation of a German engineering company against a Polish counterparty in an arbitration under the rules of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre concerning a crane supply agreement • Strategic advice on French arbitration law to a Swiss financial institution in a multi-party ICC arbitration seated in Paris, inter alia regarding allegations of corruption in connection with a major international project • Representation of the same Swiss financial institution in set-aside proceedings before French courts against an ICC arbitral award • Strategic advice on French arbitration law to a German company in the context of an ICC arbitration seated in Paris against an iranian joint venture concerning a construction project • Counsel for the French State in the revision proceedings for fraud of the arbitral award in the "Bernard Tapie" case
