I am a German Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) in PwC’s Deals practice, advising clients on complex M&A matters with a particular emphasis on post‑M&A disputes. I specialise in arbitration and litigation arising from contested deals, combining deep industry insight with financial and forensic analysis to help clients and their counsel navigate contentious matters and achieve efficient, defensible outcomes. In addition to my advisory work, I serve as a commercial judge (Handelsrichter) at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf.

I have extensive experience in neutral expert proceedings and arbitration, both as a party-appointed expert and as an independent expert, with disputed amounts of up to several hundred million euros. My work centers on post-closing disputes involving closing accounts, purchase price determinations, earn-out calculations, and financial statement warranties. In these roles, I have frequently represented clients at oral hearings or presided over proceedings as the appointed neutral expert. The engagements have spanned a broad range of complex scenarios, including carve-out transactions, minority shareholder disputes, alleged misrepresentations, conduct of business issues, reorganization contexts, and intricate contractual mechanisms, all requiring thorough analysis of financial statements, business plans, and technical accounting matters. The sectors I have worked across include automotive, aerospace, chemicals, energy, retail and consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics, healthcare, and media and entertainment.
