Construction Arbitration in the Western Balkans: Serbia as a Regional Lens will bring together leading practitioners, a quantum expert and an in-house professional to explore some of the key issues shaping construction arbitration across the region. Drawing on real project and dispute experience, the discussion will touch on the interaction between FIDIC provisions and national law, regional features that influence the conduct of construction disputes, and practical questions surrounding enforcement, including the treatment of DAB decisions.
The panel will offer a practical perspective on how these issues play out in complex projects and disputes, while leaving room for a broader discussion of the challenges and developments currently affecting construction arbitration in the Western Balkans.
