Summer is approaching, so you may mark your calendars and register for the 7th Arbitration Summer Retreat in Zurich, 10-12 July 2025.
Together with ASAb40/ICC YAAF/YAAP/LISb40, DIS40 is again supporting this unique retreat, an event for young arbitration practitioners from around the world. As always, the retreat is a capacity building seminar with an ideal opportunity to network and strengthen personal relationships.
This year’s retreat will focus on “traditional vs. New Work” and trigger discussions: What are the generational conflicts in international arbitration? Are the young doing things differently than the old? Are generational priorities so different? Will the young practitioners soon be ousted by AI-prompting alphas?
The retreat will be set in the relaxed atmosphere of a historic and idyllic guesthouse above Lake Zurich.
