Workshop: Mediating the Vis Case 2024

During your 6 months work on the Vis Problem have you ever asked yourself whether it would not have been better for the Parties to try to settle their dispute? Perhaps in a mediation? What might have prevented them from doing so? And how would they have to prepare for such a mediation?

The DIS gives you the unique opportunity to find the answer to that questions in a two day workshop. In short: The perfect round up for your Vis experience.
