The DIS is organising a side event in the framework of Paris Arbitration Week on 26 March 2026 entitled DIS@PAW 2026: A Good Cure? Arbitrating Life Science Disputes – German and International Perspectives.
Organised by ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC Poland and GESSEL Attorneys at Law, this biennial international conference is widely recognised for its thought-provoking discussions on the most pressing practical challenges in arbitrating M&A disputes.
