The cooperation agreement between the DIS and Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria, in place since 1997, ended on 30 June 2025. As a result, the DIS Secretariat and the deadline mailbox at the IHK premises are now permanently closed.
Please note: Requests for Arbitration or other proceedings conducted under DIS rules must now be submitted in paper form to our offices in Bonn or Berlin, and electronically to casemanagement(at)disarb.org.
The timely electronic submission of a Request for Arbitration without annexes is sufficient for the purpose of meeting a deadline.
