To keep the DIS strong and forward-looking, we have updated our internal structures. Our aim is to further improve our services and strengthen knowledge and quality management – for even more efficient and user-friendly case administration.
The Case Management Team is now led on an interim basis by Thomas Klich. With his many years of experience at the DIS, he knows our procedures inside out and will ensure a smooth transition.
We have also created a new Knowledge and Quality Management role, which will be taken on by Paulus Suh. Over the past years, he has been responsible for Case Management and brings deep insight into our processes.
These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to improvement, innovation, and staying one step ahead for our users – delivering top-quality case administration with passion and expertise.
