The latest addition to our bilateral arbitration groups (Ländergruppen) comes from Norway. The collaboration includes four players, three from Norway plus the DIS. The group was suggested by Jörn Hombeck who also assumed the role of the first German co-chair. His Norwegian peer is Amund Bjøranger Tørum from Oslo.
We have been able to assemble an engaged German and Norwegian group of arbitration lawyers, including in-house counsel and academics, who pledged to invest time and thought to develop a platform for a sustainable exchange between the German and Norwegian arbitration communities. Like our other bilateral arbitration groups, they are tasked with offering one event per year, open to all with an interest in this relationship. Watch this space for the announcement of their first event. And please do join them!
