Anneliese Day

Ina C. Popova

Ina C. Popova is a partner in Debevoise & Plimpton’s International Dispute Resolution Group whose practice focuses on international arbitration, international litigation and public international law.  Ms. Popova is admitted to practice in Paris and in New York and leads matters in French, Spanish and English.  She sits as arbitrator and serves as counsel in a broad range of international matters and has particular experience in the energy, mining, and technology, media and telecommunications sectors.  Ms. Popova also holds a variety of leadership positions, including as a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and a former Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Philipp Habegger

Dr Philipp Habegger has acted in more than 240 commercial arbitrations under all major arbitration rules and in which more than twenty different (civil and common) laws applied on the merits. The disputes related to joint ventures, M&A, sales, distribution, licensing, construction and engineering and to a wide range of industries (telecommunications, automotive, aviation, railways, pharma, chemical, food, defence, machinery, energy). Philipp is a past president of the Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, a former member of the ICC Court, a former vice chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and vice president of the LCIA European Users' Council.

John Fellas

John Fellas is a full-time arbitrator at Fellas Arbitration, adjunct professor of law at New York University School of Law, and honorary professor at Durham Law School. With over three decades of experience in international dispute resolution, he is recognized as a leading international arbitrator by all the major legal directories, including Chambers and Who’s Who Legal where is a ranked as a Global Elite Thought Leader.  He is a Vice President of the LCIA Court.  In 2025, he was awarded the annual Global Arbitration Review Award for Best Prepared/Most Responsive Arbitrator.

Nadia Darwazeh

Nadia Darwazeh is a Partner and Head of Arbitration of Clyde & Co's Paris office. She has extensive experience acting as counsel in commercial and investor-state arbitrations. She also regularly sits as arbitrator. Before joining Clyde & Co, Nadia practiced for two decades in the International Arbitration Groups of leading international law firms, based in Paris, Shanghai, Frankfurt and London. She also spent three years at the ICC where she led as Counsel the Europe, Middle East and Africa team overseeing more than 400 arbitrations.

Nadia is dual-qualified in England & Wales (Solicitor-Advocate) and Germany (Rechtsanwältin). She conducts arbitrations in French, German and English and speaks Dutch and Mandarin Chinese. Clients have described Nadia as “a superstar” (Who’s Who Legal), “innovative, pragmatic and a true leader”, “a real strategist” and “a very strong cross-examiner” (Chambers & Partners) and she was also awarded the prestigious ASA Prize for Advocacy in International Commercial Arbitration in 2022.

Dorothee Ruckteschler

Dorothee Ruckteschler is an independent arbitrator focusing on corporate law and post-M&A disputes, as well as complex commercial disputes. Prior to setting up her own arbitrator’s practice, she had for 20 years a leading role in the international arbitration practice of CMS. Dorothee has vast experience in all types of international arbitration involving parties from all over the world and a wide range of arbitration institutions. She has a deep intercultural understanding, developed not least during her extensive travels in China and through her position as Vice Chair of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the IPBA. From 2018 to 2024, she was the Alternate German Member of the ICC Court of Arbitration since 2018. 

Dorothee studied French at the University of Grenoble, France, and is a graduate of the University of Freiburg (Dr jur 1987). She also was a Research Fellow at Harvard Law School.
