The DIS40 is proud to host the CCC24, the 5th Co-Chairs' Circle Global Conference, in the late spring of 2024. We cordially invite you to join us in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on 16 - 18 May 2024 for an exciting journey focusing on “The Future of International Arbitration.”

Conference "The Future of International Arbitration"

Date: Friday, 17 May 2024, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Venue: SPARK Europe, Junghofstrasse 16, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Germany

During the Conference on Friday, 17 May 2024, two rounds of workshop sessions will be held: Workshop session I (11.15 a.m. - 12.45 p.m.) and Workshop session II (2 - 3.30 p.m.). Each session comprises ten simultaneous workshops on different topics relating to the future of international arbitration. Once you have registered for the Conference, please use the separate selection tool to choose two out of the ten workshops (one for Workshop session I and another one for Workshop session II) in which you would like to participate. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Please note that that the places in the workshops are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration information

We kindly ask for timely registration on or before 1 May 2024.
To register, please use the registration boxes at the end of the website below. Participation requires a 2-step registration. Kindly observe the “Important Notes on Registration” below.

Registration fee CCC24
The registration fee is 190 € plus VAT.
The early bird registration fee is 160 € plus VAT (valid until 29 February 2024).

Registration fee "In-house counsel" CCC24
The registration fee "In-house counsel" is 130 € plus VAT.
The early bird registration fee "In-house counsel" is 100 € plus VAT (valid until 29 February 2024).

By booking you accept the General Terms and Conditions for Conferences and Workshops. The number of participants for the event is limited.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON REGISTRATION:

  • When registering, please make sure to provide your correct, invoiceable address. In case of doubt, please contact your accounting department.
  • Once you have registered, you need to select the events you would like to attend during the CCC24 and choose two workshops you wish to attend on 17 May 2024 by a separate selection tool.

Hotel reservation

For the CCC24, we have blocked hotel rooms at Motel One Frankfurt-Römer for the period 16-19 May 2024 which you can draw on when making a booking:

  • The price for a single bedroom per night is EUR 109 without breakfast, EUR 125.90 with breakfast.
  • Please use this form for booking to take advantage of the special conditions. A booked room can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
  • Please note that the hotel contingent is limited and only valid until 6 March 2024.
