In June 2026, the Bilateral Italian-German Arbitration Group will convene for another gathering in Berlin at Freie Universität Berlin. This year’s half-day conference will be held on 15 June 2026 from 4.45 to 8.15 pm CEST under the overarching theme “Arbitration in Germany and Italy – Recent Developments” and is organized jointly with the Italienzentrum at Freie Universität Berlin. For this occasion, the group has assembled a stellar lineup of speakers including Thomas Pfeiffer (President of DIS), Jennifer Bryant (Noerr, Düsseldorf), Rodolfo Dolce (Dolce Lauda), Gustav Flecke-Gianmarco (Seven Summits Arbitration, Munich), Michele Sabatini (Arblit, Milan), Florian Wagner (Gleiss Lutz, Frankfurt/Main), Cecilia Carrara (Legance, Rome), Matthäus Mogendorf (Hengeler Mueller, Berlin), Gregorio Pettazzi (Freshfields, Milan), Maria Theresia Roerig (BDC Legal, Rome), Reinmar Wolff (Marburg University), Nathalie Lendermann and Vincent Wächter (Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection, Berlin).
