The BAC/DIS/SAA Arbitration Group is pleased to invite you to its inaugural event on Friday, 20 March 2026, taking place ahead of the XVI. Belgrade Arbitration Conference and the Belgrade Pre-Moot. 

Under the title “Bridging Legal Cultures: Managing German and Serbian Approaches in Arbitration”, a panel of experienced practitioners and in-house counsel will examine the practical and cultural interfaces between German and Serbian arbitration practice, with a particular focus on disputes in the energy sector. The discussion will centre on differing expectations, strategic considerations, and procedural conduct encountered in arbitrations involving parties from both jurisdictions. The event will be held as a breakfast seminar followed by a networking session and is open to all interested parties.
