Registration is now open for this year’s DIS40 Autumn Conference on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. The conference will take place in Berlin as part of the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days.
The topic of this year’s DIS40 Autumn Conference will be “Europe’s Evolving Disputes Landscape: Transforming, Ever-changing and Arbitration (Un-)Friendly?”: We will take a closer look at what’s currently shaking up the disputes landscape in Europe. Between EU law and arbitral autonomy, from technological innovations and regulatory developments to the rise of commercial courts and the increasing role of European human rights law in arbitral proceedings - we will dig into where arbitration stands in Europe, and where it might be headed.
We look forward to welcoming you on 10 September 2025, with a networking get-together on 9 September 2025 in the evening.
Please note that the registration for the get-together is separate from the registration for the DIS40 autumn conference; registration is open only to conference participants. The limited spots for the get-together will be granted on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
