Many of us may have followed the series of arbitration-friendly decisions of the Spanish Constitutional Court and the bundling of international arbitration proceedings in one newly created arbitral institution – the Madrid International Arbitral Centre (MIAC). These recent developments from 2020 and 2021 have given Spain a lot of tailwinds as an attractive place of arbitration.
We would like to explore these vibrant topics in person during a relaxed Spanish summer evening with wine and tapas. We will be joined by a fantastic group of experts leading us through the topics and sharing their genuine insights and experience with us.
We are happy to welcome Lucía Montes Saralegui (Cuatrecasas, Madrid) and Diego Sobejano Nieto (Uría Menéndez, Madrid) with the discussion moderated by Gregorio Pettazzi (Freshfields, Frankfurt) in the Frankfurt DIS40 community and look forward to many of you joining us for this lively event!
