DIS40 Munich: Resolving Construction and Engineering Disputes

DIS40-Event

Organizer: DIS40 Munich

Construction and engineering projects regularly face disputes arising from factors such as design, variations, delay and disruption, defects, performance shortfalls and complex quantum assessments. This event explores not only the types of disputes that may arise across the project lifecycle, but also the range of approaches available to resolve them in a timely and commercially effective way.

Drawing on perspectives from private practice, in-house project counsel, mediation and technical expert work, our speakers will discuss how parties can identify and manage risks early, deal with highly technical and evidential challenges, and select the most suitable dispute-resolution process — from negotiation and mediation to expert determination and international arbitration.

The event will be held in English.
