Join us for the inaugural YAS and DIS40 workshop – the first in a planned series of joint events bringing together the next generation of arbitration practitioners from Germany and Sweden. Hosted at Kastell Advokatbyrå in Stockholm, this interactive workshop will explore the art of written advocacy in international arbitration.
Through a panel discussion with experienced counsel and arbitrators, followed by a hands-on drafting session, participants will gain practical insight into what makes written submissions truly persuasive, and how strong written advocacy translates into long-term career development.
