As part of the 2018 DIS Arbitration Rules Clinic initiated in 2021, the practice group technology takes a closer look on how the 2018 DIS Rules hold up with technical developments like the ever accelerating digitalization. As part of a series of roundtable discussions, international practitioners will discuss different issues of electronic communication and document management in arbitral proceedings and discuss the process of implementing a platform into the administration of arbitration by institutions and the challenges in convincing arbitration practitioner to use this new tool.
