On the final day of the 2026 Berlin Dispute Resolution Days, the focus will be on issues relating to mediation, effective dispute management and dispute prevention.
Together with CEDR and the “Mediation and Conflict Management” Master’s programme at the European University Viadrina, DIS is organising a panel discussion to address these topics:
