Publishing house C.H. Beck has announced the publication of a new commentary on the DIS Arbitration Rules set for release in June 2025. The commentary is edited by Rudolf Hennecke and James Menz and contains contributions by 20 experienced arbitration practitioners.

The commentary comprehensively addresses the DIS Arbitration Rules and all its annexes, including the Supplementary Rules for Corporate Disputes, as well as the new Supplementary Rules for Third-Party Notices (DIS-TPNR).
