The 2025/2026 award was our 13th time presenting the honour. A total of 12 academic works were submitted.
The jury, comprising Antje Baumann, Siegfried Elsing, Joachim Münch and Dorothee Ruckteschler, once again awarded prizes to three outstanding works:

Kilian Sendlmeier
Dissertation: “Arbitration Binding of Group Companies – The Principle of Voluntariness in the Arbitration Binding of Third Parties” - Third place
Quirin Thomas
Dissertation: “Third-party notice and intervention in arbitration proceedings – A contribution to the development of German arbitration law”
The winners shared the 15,000 EUR in prize money.
