- The per diem allowance will be increased to EUR 300 and covers a wide range of low-value items on a flatrate basis.
- Accommodation costs will be raised to a flat rate of EUR 250. The maximum reimbursable amount against receipt will also be increased. Overnight stays at the same hotel in which hearings take place will in any case be reimbursable.
- Postal and courier costs will be covered by a flat amount.
The revised guidelines entered into force on 15 December 2025. They apply to arbitrations commencing on or after that date.
