Swiss Arbitration Summit 2026 - Shaping the Future of Arbitration Together

5th East Africa Pre-Moot & Arbitration Conference

Supporting the Next Generation of Arbitration Talent in East Africa

The German Arbitration Institute (DIS) is pleased to support the 5th East Africa Pre-Moot & Arbitration Conference, hosted by Africa in the Moot, taking place 17–21 February 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya.

Now firmly established as a key preparatory event for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the East Africa Pre-Moot brings together law students, practitioners, and academics for an intensive week of learning and exchange. The conference offers a rich programme of workshops, skills training, networking opportunities, and mock arbitration rounds, all designed to deepen participants’ understanding of international commercial arbitration and commercial law.
