What path led you to the DIS?
I started my career as a lawyer and later moved into strategy, innovation, and organizational development. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with volunteers, boards, and member-driven organizations – so the DIS feels like a natural fit.
What do you particularly appreciate about your work?
Bringing people together around a shared mission and creating structures that help great ideas make a real difference.
