The defence sector is experiencing significant growth globally, driven by rising geopolitical tensions, increased NATO defence spending commitments, and expanding cross-border procurement. As defence contracts grow in scale and complexity – and as more states and private entities engage in international arms trade and defence cooperation – disputes inevitably arise. International arbitration has become a natural forum for resolving many of these disputes, but the defence sector raises unique challenges that distinguish it from arbitration in other industries.
Join us for a day of critical reflection, practical insight and candid debate – featuring leading voices from international arbitration, defence industry, government and NATO.
