What is your role at the DIS?
As HR-Manager, Office Manager for the Berlin location, and Management Assistant, I am responsible for personnel matters, organize and coordinate administrative and structural processes at the Berlin location, and support the management. My responsibilities include, in particular, personnel management, the further development of internal processes and structures, site organization, as well as the preparation of content and organization for topics arising for management.
What path led you to the DIS?
My path to DIS was shaped by my passion for organization, structure, and working with people. In my previous professional positions in human resources and office management, I realized how important clear processes, reliable structures, and close cooperation with management are. At DIS, I found the opportunity to combine precisely these experiences and take on responsibility in a central position, both for the employees and for the further development of the location.
