What is your role at the DIS?
As HR Manager, Office Manager for the Berlin location and Management Assistant, I am responsible for personnel matters, organising and coordinating administrative and structural processes at the Berlin office, and supporting management. My responsibilities include, in particular, HR management, the further development of internal processes and structures, site organisation, as well as preparing content and organisation-related issues on the management agenda.
What path led you to the DIS?
My path to the DIS has been shaped by my passion for organisation, structure, and working with people. In my previous professional positions in human resources and office management, I realised how important clear processes, reliable structures and close cooperation with management are. At the DIS, I have the opportunity to combine precisely these experiences and take on responsibility in a central position, both for the employees and for the further development of the location.
