During the four-hour workshop, in-house counsel and contract managers engaged with DIS representatives and external experts on a range of dispute resolution mechanisms. The discussions focused on mediation, expert determination, dispute review boards (DRBs) and adjudication, as well as arbitration and commercial courts.
In addition to practice-oriented presentations, the workshop was an opportunity for an in-depth exchange on experiences and challenges from a corporate perspective. The lively discussions once again highlighted the growing importance of efficient and flexible dispute resolution mechanisms for businesses.
